Our Owner

Mr.Ravindra Singh is Managing Director of The Company having Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Rajasthan University. Promoter has worked in many national and multinational companies and worked with people from different countries like USA, France, China, Germany & Russia and possesses a vast experience of 22 years in steel manufacturing sector, thermal and solar power plants.

He is delivering the attained knowledge to enhance the technical skill requirement for Operation and maintenance in different sectors like Solar (CSP+PV), power industry, energy management and safe electrical power distribution.The firm is providing the core technical crew for operation and maintenance of growing energy industries like Solar and Thermal Power.

Rajeev Bothra a Sustainability (Environmental, Health & Safety, CSR) Professional with over 30 years of experience. Proficiency in Manufacturing Industries, Major Accident Hazard Units (Chemical) & established antiquity in managing EHS on large EPC projects of Concentrated soler thermal & PV power plant Recognized as a change agent and corroborated leader who drives a culture that imparts improved consequences for long-term sustainability. Demonstrated track record as a sustainability professional and has demonstrated aptitude in building and managing multi-functional teams,

Our esteemed Chief Energy Auditor, is a Certified Energy Auditor from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. With an MS in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, USA, he is a renowned Energy, Environment, and Process Engineering Consultant in India. With over 12 years of experience in Energy Auditing, Monitoring, and Management, he has led numerous detailed Energy Audits in various sectors. His expertise extends to working with reputed companies in India & abroad, delivering impactful Training and Seminars on Energy Efficiency & Process Engineering. He worked with NTPC Ltd.,Lauren Bharat Engineering Pvt. Ltd., AREVA Solar India, and McHale & Associates USA.

He is holding a position of General manager in the Company. He is a Mechanical Engineer, having more than 24 years hands-on experience in handling Power projects Planning, Fabrication, Execution, Commissioning, Testing and O&M. He worked at Adani Power Ltd Mundra as an associate manager (O&M) of a 5x660MW power plant.

He a lead Solar Engineer, and support energy auditor. He was involved in channelizing the solar PV projects to multiple companies. He has completed BE in Electrical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Engineering College, Durg C.G. He has rich Experience in Electrical and Solar Industry. He was involved with MNRE, and other nodal agencies for policy development and implementation. He worked with Electronic and power Control Pvt Ltd, Bhilai C.G.
